Iron Man 2...

I'm giving the film an 8 out of 10. I gave the first an 8.5 (or 9). The first film slightly edges this one out, for me. Don Cheadle was a good replacement for Howard (Rhodey) and his screen time was kept down enough so as to not steal the show. I was at 1st worried about Scarlet's character, who is never referred to as the Black Widow, and that the film would end up too busy; as has often been done with Batman movies. Downey Jr is back as Tony Stark and just as enjoyable to watch as he was in the 1st film.

I even got a a "Stark Industries" beanie upon leaving the theater:
