WARNING To you all!! Do NOT buy from pascalbrug on eBay. I bought a set of the AH Smurfs from them the beginning of march. I asked them to ship them in a box and with insurance and they said the shipping would be higher, I said ok. They invoiced me with the original shipping. I emailed with them back and forth 6 times to get them to adjust the invoice and they just wouldn't or couldn't get what I was saying and I ended up having to go ahead and pay the amount on the original invoice. Well it is now over a month later and the smurfs still have NOT arrived. I emailed them and they said since I did not get insurance, which I tried to get, it was my problem not thiers! I told them I wanted a refund and they said no! SO I have had to file with eBay and Paypal against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! VERY BAD SELLERS!!

Hey Guys - as you all know - 2 months ago I bought a set of the AH Smurfs on eBay, but I never got them. The seller ripped me off, she took the money but NEVER sent them! She would not refund the money so I had to take the dispute to paypal. Well recently she was sending me harrassing messages thru eBay saying she was going to win, or paypal had already decided in her favor and calling me all sorts of names. I got her stop doing that by telling her straight up that if it continued I would report her to eBay and according to thier policies her behavior was harrassment and her account would be shutdown. Well good news, no GREAT news! Paypal emailed me today, finally after 2 months they have decided on the fraud case I filed against her - I WON!! YEA!!!!

We were able to recover $47.95 USD and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.
