Toys. Because of their popularity, Ghostbusters, Smurfs and Batman dolls may become the future's GI Joes, which now bring upwards of $1000. "Within the next 10 years, such toys will increase in 200 to 400 percent," predicts Dale Kelley, editor of "Antique Toy World Magazine" ($20 for 12 issues, [312] 725-0633). Collectors who save the original packaging can add approximately $1,000 to the price of a collectible toy.
