Cool books!
several weekends ago our public library had another book sale. we happened to stop in & not long after looking, I found a big, hard back smurf book. and then another, and another...my heart was jumping, and I would run to my husband after finding each one. I was on my way out when I spotted another one! i had to turn over every book before I left. I ended up with four. The covers aren't in bright condition, but the pages are bright comic strips!! Here's some pics.
Oh, and they were $1.00 each! OH, and last weekend at our monthly flea market I found a Smurf Christmas LP record still in shrink wrap...$5.00. YAY!! |

Wow!!...great fnd.....i can't wait for rummage sale season to begin...... i just love when people find smurfs in their house and have no clue about them and sell them for 10 cents apiece!!

Why do I get the feeling that all of the smurf books from our state's library are suddenly going to be bought....or never returned.....I'm rushing out to my local one before Meagan beats me to it....I might even return the ones I still have from over 20 years ago.....I hope they aren't thinking late fees.

very good find on those books SMURFAROOTIE so far in my SMURF quests i've only come up with one book...KING SMURF...but i keep on looking.
