Computr Drama!
Well about 2 weeks ago my computer started giving me a hrd time. It would freeze and do absolutly NOTHING after being on for about 2-5 mins. I took it to a repair shoppe thinking it might be one of the fans (that is what a friend suggested) and found out the mother board is dying!! ARGH!! Now the worst thing is they couldnt fix it as they dont carry Sony VIAO parts, the electronics store we bought it from that does do computer repairs and sell extended warranties when you buy thier computers cant fix it as they dont carry Sony parts, and if I want them to fix it I have to order the 450.00 mother board from sony myself then take it to them and pay them 300.00 to fix it!!! ARGH ARGH ARGH!!! Well I got fed up - I already paid 1800.00 for the computer, then last year had to replace the DVD burner drive (300.00). So I have had enough with Sony! I ordered a Dell, it will be here next monday!! Be back online then, See you then!! Gary

I love Dell computers, Gary, we've got two. My brother used to laugh at me for buying Dell and guess what, he now owns a Dell laptop and LOVES it!

The farmers are into Dells too if I remember correctly from my childhood.....it was a long time ago these days.
That sucks about the pc probs Gary....I couldn't tell you how many times I have considered burying mine in the backyard. Dyar

sorry to hear about yer comp....one of my sons has a dell....he swears by it............one of my other sons programs computers and says dells are the tops, or very near. best of luck 2 ya.

I didn't like our Dells. They have horrible customer service. My parent's had trouble with getting the people to fix their disc drive while it was still under a 2 year extended warranty and my husband couldn't get them to fix his disc drive when it quit working.
I now have a Toshiba laptop and I love it! My husband has an Alienware laptop and we have an Alienware desktop. They are great!
